Chris Boland is the President of Chris Boland Professional Corporation. His primary goal for the corporation is to provide IFRS advisory training and transition services.

Chris has over 25 years of results-oriented experience in financial and investment management, with progressive responsibility in domestic, international and government business environments.

He has been highly successful in implementing, streamlining, and automating systems (IFRS, SOX, Corporate Governance), communicating financial information to boards of directors, senior management, the financial community, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
